Late 2022, when one of our early customers signed a facility management contract for the G20 site at Bharat Mandapam, we noticed they had huge technology gaps to manage the operations of such a large scale, complex, and prestigious site. Their client - the Government of India, mandated use of technology for managing daily tasks such as contract staff onboarding, reliable attendance recording, reconciliation of bills at month end, regulatory compliance management, and tracking deployment of staff at site in near real time.
To fill these technology gaps, we saw an opportunity to build a comprehensive solution platform to solve their immediate problem and the similar problems faced by other customers in the facility management industry. Flexizy evolved through incorporation of real world experiences by providing practical solutions. We designed every feature based on field users’ needs rather than for pure aesthetics.
